Leasing Information
 
Organizations or groups interested in renting space at THEARC for meetings, performances or special events should contact Building Bridges Across the River (BBAR) via the following email addresses to inquire about a reservation: kdouglas@thearcdc.org (for THEARC Theater rentals); info@thearcdc.org (for THEARC Community Meeting Room, Recital Hall or Parking Lot rentals).  Please provide the date(s) and time(s) desired and a short description of the event at the time of inquiry.  A BBAR staff person will contact you shortly thereafter about your inquiry and the availability of dates and times.  Inquiries made via email are preferred but if this is not possible, reservation inquiries can also be made by calling 202-889-5901 during BBAR’s office hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm.
