Beautifully situated on well-manicured grounds in Southeast Washington, DC, THEARC offers cultural arts groups, businesses, schools and civic and community organizations the perfect location for performances, special events, conferences and other gatherings. With ample free parking on well-lit grounds, THEARC is readily accessible from the District of Columbia, Virginia and Maryland via car or public transportation.

Rental at THEARC is not available on the following federal holidays:

• New Year's Day
• President's Day
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labo Day
• Columbus Day
• Veteran's Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day

In additon to the above dates, THEARC Theater is also not available for rental on:

• Palm Sunday
• Good Friday
• Easter
• Mother's Day
• Father's Day

Venues:

THEARC Community Meeting Room, Recital Hall or Parking Lot

Please click the link below in order to fill out our reservation form as a preliminary step in renting one of our community spaces.  We will review your submission and let you know if we can proceed in booking your event.  Spaces and dates are subject to availability.  If approved, a $75 nonrefundable deposit must be made complete your reservation. Please allow us 1 business day to process your request and follow-up with you via phone or email.
