The third “Wacky & Whimsical Tea for THEARC” was a fun, Willy Wonka-themed fundraiser at the Four Seasons Hotel in Georgetown.  Children participated in many neat activities including cupcake decorating, top hat making, face painting, and a story time.  Guests were also entertained by students from the Washington Ballet and Levine School of Music at THEARC.  Eun Yang of NBC-4 Washington served as this year's honorary chair.
