Course Objective: This interactive presentation will explore hands on concepts in budgeting for your nonprofit

Budgets can be extremely intimidating, but they do not have to be. This interactive presentation will explore the concepts behind behavioral-based budgeting and how to fully integrate the non-financial manager into the budget process to help your organization realize its full potential and maximize the use of its limited resources.
