THEARC was founded by and is now run by Building Bridges Across the River, a non-profit charitable organization with a 501 (c) (3) designation.  Building Bridges Across the River @ THEARC relies on charitable gifts from individuals and businesses, as well as grants from corporations, foundations and government agencies. Your generous support allows us to fill the gap between the actual cost of our programs and what our families can afford to pay. Every gift helps to subsidize the programs and events at THEARC and ensures that the children and adults in THEARC's community have access to high quality arts, educational, recreational, health and family programs and services in a safe haven right in the community.  Whether you are a new supporter of THEARC or have given before, we thank you on behalf of the children and families of THEARC.
